I recently acquired a Yashica A TLR camera, much like
these, from Craigs List. I'd been looking for a
camera like this ever since I saw Novalee Nation's (Natalie Portman) in the 2000 film
Where the Heart Is. I was drawn to how primitive the process was to use this camera, and yet how amazingly clever the set up is. And since I bought the camera not knowing what condition it was in, it was a wonderful surprise to see those photos come out crystal clear and more perfect than I could have wished for! So here is the product of my first roll of film (120mm to be exact). Mind you, the composition isn't that great since they were just test shots to learn the camera, but I was pleased with a couple. :)
P.S. See if you can pick out the double exposed photo ;) ....
